Property Manager
    The Property Manager ensures the financial and operational success of the property by providing the optimal balance of customer service and expense savings. Additionally, the Property Manager must utilize current market knowledge and communicate to senior management the financial direction of the property. Lastly, as part of a growing organization, the Manager should provide recommendations on how to continually improve the business.
Assistant Property Manager
    Create and implement marketing plan that integrates the apartment community with the neighborhood
    Accurately track traffic, evaluate and make recommendations to move forward
    Adjust prices across the community to capture unique features of individual apartments
    Maintain an up-to-date survey of primary competitors
    Ability to sell prospective residents
    Create annual operating budget
    Explain variances between actual financial results with budget
    Maintain a well-organized office with accurate record keeping
    Coordinate maintenance requests with in-house maintenance team
Head Superintendent
    In charge of maintenance requests and supervise the maintenance staff on Long Island.
    Full time position, may include travel. Must have working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc as well as the ability to motivate and supervise staff.
Leasing Consultant
    The Leasing Agent, under the direction of the Property Manager, is responsible for maximizing property occupancy by generating qualified traffic, networking within the local community, scheduling appointments, promoting resident retention, and providing or coordinating exceptional customer service.
Property Accountant

Maintenance Mechanic
    Job Description

    The Maintenance Mechanic is a full-time position that works alongside the Superintendent and assists in all maintenance requests.

    Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

    Required Maintenance Skills
    • Electrical
    • Plumbing
    • Carpentry
    • Painting
    • Spackling
    • Some cleaning and snow removal may be required
